White Collar - forger helping to catch other forgers
(2009-2014)

The main character of the series is Neal Caffrey (Matthew Bomer) one of the most talented forger in the world. We meet him at the moment when, unfortunately, he is already serving his sentence, which was guaranteed him by FBI agent Peter Burke (Tim DeKay). However, he somehow manages to persuade Burke to help him catch other forgers. The FBI agent agrees, but Neal must to keep the transmitter on the leg in case the aid with catching criminalists is just a cover for the escape. The series is so interesting that we are not dealing with typical murder cases, but with issues of falsification of various objects. Of course, there are battle scenes and even gunfights in the show - but they are just a background for the entire story.

In my opinion 7/10. This is probably the only series, which not specifically focused on the killings.

Hannibal - a sophisticated way to explain cannibalism
(2013-2015)

Another series, which is to be the equivalent of a movie. This time instead of a fatal defeat, we got a small work of art. Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) along with the FBI are tracking serial killers. Thanks to his unique way of thinking, he is able to empathize with the role of any murderer or psychopath. Thanks to this, the investigations are resolved earlier than anyone would expect. Unfortunately, this skill is reflected in his psyche. That's why he is under care of Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen), one of the best psychiatrists in the country. Thanks to him, he somehow functions, but also does not see who Hannibal really is.
The series maximally influences our senses. Everything fits together perfectly. Dark music and even the play of shadows on the characters' faces create an amazing atmosphere. The aesthetics of the series can knock you to your knees (and certainly when it comes to the aesthetics of food served by Hannibal). However, be careful not to eat while watching the episode (well, unless you have a really strong stomach).

In my opinion - 10/10. There are not many shows like this one, so they deserve recognition.

Elementary - how Sherlock Holmes finds himself in New York
(2012-)

Sherlock Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) in a completely new version. In addition to the fact that he left famous London, his serial partner is Dr. Joan Watson (Lucy Liu), a female version of Dr. John Watson.
The main character is an eccentric genius who is struggling with drug addiction. Due to the fact that he has just finished his stay in drug rehab, he moves to New York. We will not meet Mycroft Holmes here - the famous brother of the main character. We get to know Sherlock's father, who hires Dr. Watson to look after young Holmes. Sherlock, who wants to lead his life himself, starts working as a consultant in the New York Police Department. Joan has no choice but to join him. That's how their adventure full of turns begin - a genius with above-average deductive skills and a very well-trained surgeon solve the most intricate criminal mysteries togheter.

In my opinion - 7/10. Unfortunately, this series is far from the genius of the series produced by the BBC.

Sherlock - a genius in modern London
(2010-)

Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) at its best edition, which I had the opportunity to watch. BBS did a really good series, which will be hard to beat in any way. And although each season consists of only 3 episodes, their length and quality compensates for the quantity.
Sherlock is an eccentric genius and the only "consultant detective" in the world dealing with solving criminal cases when the London police can not cope. His inseparable companion is John Watson (Martin Freeman) - a doctor and war veteran. And although they are two completely different characters, thanks to Holmes's unusual, analytical mind and Watson's pragmatism, create an amazing team and solve criminal mysteries together.

In my opinion - 10/10. This is the best series I've ever seen.

The Blacklist - wanted criminal with his own list of criminals
(2013-)

One of the most wanted criminals of the world - Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader) for years successfully avoided capture. Unexpectedly, he voluntarily turn himself in to the police. Doing this, he offers his services to capture other criminals, but he has one condition. He wants to cooperate exclusively with Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone), a young agent-novice at the FBI. The list made by Reddington himself, which he calls the blacklist, turns out to be helpful. As it turns out, the list is very long since the series already has 5 seasons, and each episode consists in catching more and more criminals.

In my opinion 8/10. The series is very absorbing and is maintained at a good level.
